Junction boxes EJBG IP55

Description

Stainless steel junction boxes EJBG IP55 are designed for connection and splitting of electrical wiring for various purposes. Suitable for indoor and outdoor installation under shelter. The casing is made of 1.2 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel sheet.

Conception

Casings of junction boxes can be rectangular or square. The cover is enclosed to the body due to the connection with screws and a silicone gasket. The boxes, depending on the version, can be supplied with «Phoenix Contact» terminals fixed on a DIN rail, «WAGO» screwless terminal mounting clip or no-terminal clip. Grounding clips «PE» are located on the cover and body. There are membrane-type stepped silicone bushings and silicone drain plugs in the side walls ensuring the degree of protection not lower than IP55.

Features

Junction boxes are made of AISI 304 stainless steel sheet, which has high strength, chemical and rust resistance. All external clamping elements are made of stainless steel. The boxes are VDE certified.

Ambient temperature range during operation: from -40 to +60 0C.

Degree of mechanical protection provided by enclosures: IK 10 (20 J).

Diameter of the connected cable: 4-18 mm.

Nominal interconnect capacity for «Phoenix Contact» connecting terminals: 2.5, 4.0, 6.0, 10.0 mm2.

Rated voltage of «Phoenix Contact» terminals: 1000 V.
